Evan goes above and beyond, highly recommend him! We ended up purchasing a for sale by owner property and Evan was instrumental in making sure things went smoothly leading up to the closing. He even helped us post closing with an unexpected issue. He really is a geniune person that cares about his clients and wants to make sure everything work out in your favor. I had the pleasure of working with Evan Devorce for 10 months on both selling my home ($1m+) and buying a new one ($615k). Downsizing is never easy, both physically, emotionally and spirtually.
